WAN-TING

so placid are we
in a world where we know there is a void
in our existence, but yet do little to fill it
after all there is only so many times
one can recycle the same old same old
and create the exciting new...

I am no different. I am not a stranger to exclaiming:
GOD! There's got to be more then life then this!
For life as we speak is one big stand still
lacking progress in this gaping lull

I'd do something tonight but...
I'd tell this person, but ...
excuses excuses and more apathetic bullshit & baggage
I am no stranger to these words dribbling from my lips

I know it!
there must be more then laundry on a Saturday night
more then what this frustration is serving for dinner!
more then watching frenzied felined men zipping around corners from too much crack laced coffee and foaming beer! 
Scratching their crotch at will-  too much machismo! 

I mean...  If I know what I want 
and you know what you want 
(and we both know it isn't this!)
TAKE ACTION! lets get out of here! 
And dare to want it together.
