Hiding Behind Revolution

just another soul 
hiding behing this militant facade
cold. no emotion. no regret
no fear. no concern for consequence.
no concern for human life
you will fight fight fight
in the name of your destiny
in the name of progress
but at whose expense?
No. Theres no time to think of that
yeah your words sound similiar to those of the forefather
and their fate that you claim to detest.

I see masses of people
swarming in crowds - shouting out "revolution!"
like a chaotic mantra, with their fists in the air
fighting the fight because it's easier to focus on social issues
then to deal with their own lives
and the pain inside
