Velvetine After years of using the web to put out their digital albums, The Velvetland Band finally has an actual CD for purchase. Experimental in nature, the album was a response to a friend who said the band's songs lacked structure. Written over a 6 month period, Rude To Stare was originally inspired by a rather heavy and transitional period of departures, changes, and emotions.
